I hate the phrase "Passed away". In most cases, it decieving. You pass away when you are an old fart and you die at 85 years old in your sleep. If you get violently dismembered in a crash, you can say "killed in a car crash".

He came to my elementary school in a small nowhere do-nothing town when I was a small child and gave a talk about being a writer that really stuck with me. It sparked something inside me that lead me to my career honestly. RIP Mr. Paulsen
He was great in Die Hard With A Vengeance
His family said that the retired four-star general died from Covid-19 complications. He was fully vaccinated against the disease.
Once the inmates find out he’s a chomo necking himself would be the better way to go out.I'm wondering if he'll an hero himself in prison.
Motherfucker can regenerate can’t he? Stop being lazy and use that power. It would seem @Deadpool is dead. I hope it is all lies, but if it is true, rest in peace brother. You were one of my favorite posters.
I feel like pass away is better suited for a death that wasn't abrupt, like it would be in a very serious car crash, a bomb explosion or something similar. A death like eventually dying from an illness, or perhaps injury in the hospital. Or of course, dying of old age.@Justtocheck Oh yeah, I've never cared for "passed away" either. It always felt like sugar-coating death to me. I'm an adult, I can just admit someone I care about died without using overly pleasant euphemisms for death.
Used to watch this show back in the day, and I thought Peter Scolari would be the bigger star after Bosom Buddies ended. I thought he was funnier for some reason.
