We already knew this but the jurisdictional argument is pathetically lame. Note that the only case that even remotely supports these idiots isn't even a Fifth Circuit case and has been explicitly rejected as precedential in the Fifth Circuit (that little tidbit is buried in a footnote).

Wait till you get to the DM's between Antartic and Waid (down around page 19) as he live spins the narrative for them which effectively admits conspiracy and then pressures them to say he didn't bully them... then he later gets a bucket of ice water poured on him as they back away from the crazy bastard and run for the hills. It's fucking hilarious!

Waid is coming across terribly and so far the only issue is jurisdiction.

He came out and the very first statement he made to the court contained material perjury he immediately had to correct.

He's getting utterly fucked and this is the end of Act One. The jurisdiction argument is DOA.

That's after someone pointed out to him that there's this thing called tortious interference, that this soybearded moron probably had never heard of before, and that he just committed it.

Yeah, when I saw that I just thought, 'wow, what a piece of shit'.
You can picture him, hopping from foot to foot like a child, eager to be the one to break the news to Myer that his book had been dropped, but just aware enough that doing so would draw attention to himself and that might raise questions about his role in what happened. He's so torn between his malicious instincts and his survival instincts.

It makes his palpable panic a page later as he begs for an alibi all that more delicious....


Not quite the cock of the walk today, are we Mr Waid?

I'd say his inflate-a-date is going to get rage fucked and stabbed to death tonight while he screams MEYER!!!
