There's also some rumor about Ada coming back, but it's a rumor from a rumored leak, so I don't know how much faith you want to put in a rumor of a rumor.
 
I'm trying to do an insane mode run in RE9 and its tedious as fuck. 4 blister heads in the fucking opening area, every regular zombie requiring 15+ headshots to put down, barely any stuns opening up melee options, this is fucking ridiculous.

I did it with unlimited ammo, and it wasn't so bad. Although I do wanna try a run without it, but with the Leon mod.

Do people actually claim this? Because what I see quoted more than anything is Leon from the OG Re4 and basically everything he said was campy as fuck. Hell if you shoot the Verdugo with a small caliber weapon in the OG it will literally wag its fucking finger at you.

That lack of camp I think is what hurts RE more than anything these days but uber seriousness seems to work for em so oh well. Not looking forward to the eventual RE1 Remake Remake because of it.

God, I fuckin hope not. I have no idea how Lily Gao was so bad man. Genuinely just sounded like she was reading lines off a page. Saw a video where they replaced her with AI doing the voice lines and it was unironically better.

Remember when sequel games actually led into each other in logical ways? The first horror was in the forest outside of the city, so let's explore what happens when the outbreak reaches the city. Then lets explore what happens to the city.
 
Just beat Requiem again and noticed something I hadn't my previous playthroughs:
This might be schizo but I don't think so. At the end when there's news reports talking about the bioweapons lab, they mention Oswell Spencer at least 3 times.

Except in the subtitles they spell it as "Ozwell". I don't think they just goofed on that 3 times, and I know it was never spelled with a "Z" in the past.
The reason I'm bringing it up is because I remember in that God of War: Ragnarok game it involved Odin pretending to be Týr . But in the subtitles fake Tyr doesn't have the little accent mark above the Y, and then when you meet the real Týr it does have the accent. And that actually was planned by the gay developers. So I'm thinking Capcom might be pulling some shit with Spencer in the future.

EDIT: apparently they were doing the Z spelling all throughout Requiem and some prior games. So maybe Capcom really just does not give a fuck about consistency. (Duh, I know)

Resident Evil Zero was one of the first pieces of media i ever experienced, i have fond memories of being a small child and thinking i was playing as billy while my mom played the game, and later replaying the train section every few days because someone misplaced disk 2 between then and the years it took for me to learn how to read properly.

I'm kinda sad they took away his cuntyness in the remake(replacing that nuh uh wag with a more intimidating come on type wave) but then again, barring a few things, the OG re4 pretty much clears the remake in every regard. The more unnatural dodging he used to do was sick as well. Made him feel more like a horrid monster.

If they ever remake 5, I'm gonna be sad because I doubt Wesker will mog on you as much as he does now. Dude was smoothing his hair out while Sheva and Chris were desperately fighting him. God please, make this series campy as fuck again.
