Anderson Aldrich (2022 colorado springs nightclub shooter) had a account on here under the name @The Truth Is Opinion.

Bro...

This is from the Pulse Shooting (June 12, 2016) by Omar Mateen: In regards to the original source material, definitely not OC. However, the video which includes the photos and a line up of the scariest moments, is OC. That is why you are having a hard time finding it.

I should've included that to begin with, sorry. I should also note that the source material was found throughout some reddit archives that should still be publicly available if anyone ///needs to know///. Just put "reddit" at the end of your search query on duckduckgo and you'll find it. I didn't realize that some of the material is lesser known and widely censored. The edited police CCTV footage is actually pretty long.

I got a nice little surprise today. One of my favorite types of reddit thread: redditors being fooled by a litmus test for basic human intelligence, then rationalizing how failing actually means they're too smart for the test.

I'm going to assume everyone here knows what the breakfast test is. You know, you ask someone how they'd feel if they hadn't had breakfast, and they're supposed to say "hungry". Stupid people just get confused and say "but I did/didn't have breakfast".

And by stupid people I mean absolute geniuses.

You thought they were answering incorrectly? Ha ha. Fool. They were actually implying a rich tapestry of information about their contentment with lack of breakfast. You were just too goddamn stupid to understand.

Joke's on you, anyway! The interviewer - the one in my head - asked the wrong question! He was too proud, too arrogant to adjust his question depending on the breakfast status of the interviewee! In my imagination!

Errrmmmm actually this test is a fundamentally fallacious and pragmatism and uhhhh hold on let me check my thesaurus because I want to sound smart without knowing the difference between gotcha and gacha.

Can a redditor make this about Trump? Trick question! Redditors can make anything about Trump! Anything at all!

I don't know how this one thinks this post contributes to the conversation.

Then you whine the white race is dying out. Magically, grandparents of other nations do not get the urge to fuck off places.
Magically Italians living with their parents until the day they die has done nothing to prevent their demographic decline. Same for Japan. Other nations who live like that are bug people who lack individualism. Its great if grandparents are able to be there occasionally but if you need them to actually raise your kid you would have probably been better off not reproducing.

You're assuming that this is a genuine mistake, and that they don't wake up and immediately start throwing money at weeb shit.
At best it's a Freudian slip.
Edit: My spell-check wants to correct "gatcha" to "gotcha", but then I'm not a weeb.

I just tried arguing with Google that Reddit is just as guilty, if not worse than anything Kiwifarms has ever done. No matter how nuanced I worded my arguments or how hypocritical I pointed out Google's points, Google always condemned Kiwifarms and elevated Reddit.
I decided to try arguing with Google AI myself and I got it at least agree that there's a logically consistent viewpoint that would find Reddit worse that Kiwifarms. Does this count as a win?

If the LLM doesn't agree with you just hit the reroll button. Arguing with LLMs is almost as useless as arguing on reddit (and likely the same thing).
Can't totally disagree with that, arguing with AI gets pretty autistic. It's just hearing "it's impossible to get the AI to say X" makes me go see if I can get it to say X.

Well, the easiest way to get an AI to say X is to directly tell it to roleplay as someone who would say X (or more subtly hint about it through the prompting, or language you use, most LLMs are trained or instructed to adopt to the user's language).
The only reason the LLMs take strong stances or say Y is because they are post-trained to roleplay by default as a redditor that agrees with the political views of the employees of the frontier lab doing the post-training (just look at some SV political stats and 12axes testing of frontier LLMs). But they have no problem taking on a million different faces if told to (bar certain illegal content and external guardrails).
