Redditors would first claim its actually a good thing , but quickly get bored and return to their passion of being professional victims. They do not want to be happy, they want to be percieved victims of oppression.

In seriousness, yes. Extremists groups always eat themselves. Left or right. The right wing examples I can think of are race purity retards, who's idea of purity always shifts more extreme and ends with incest. The left examples are more well known and numerous. I'm not sure if there's something inherent in their ideologies that encourages purity testing more readily, or if it's just the ubiquity of these groups and enabling/tolerance to them.
