He is right, though. My country has a huge history and tradition of leftie rioting, see Chaostage in Hannover or every 1st of May in Berlin from the 70's to the 90's. Or the fucking RAF! The tech subs are also a half-decent place to get a helpful answer on something without half the damn page being taken up by ads.
