If they're trolling it's a fucking Grade A troll, if anything just for the sheer dedication. The constant talk about being from Manhattan is a good point I didn't think about, redditards aren't exactly known for hiding PL or making sure they don't leave a papertrail, but their fixation on shoehorning Manhattan/NYC in every post is weird. The more I read of their posts the more I'm convinced it's not necessarily a 'TERF' trolling, but a genuinely mentally ill person LARPing something they wish they actually were IRL: rich teen girl (with a supportive dad because daddy issues) undergoing a successful surgery to become completely "genderless." The only caveat is the posts about feeling unsure/regretting the surgeries, which don't exactly fit in if it is a schizo LARP.
