Tried to archive but received "Save page now" error 403 what do

403 Forbidden is just traffic reddit finds suspicious and filters out. It happens a lot with VPNs but also archive sites that don't have a human-looking traffic fingerprint.
All you can do is try a different archive site and hope you roll one that reddit isn't blocking at this current moment.
I usually try (in order of least likely to throw an annoying captcha): ghostarchive, archive.org, archive.ph, archive.md).
for reddit specifically you can also try reveddit.com and undiddit (https://undelete.pullpush.io/) which have the bonus of maybe being able to see some deleted/removed comments.
