This one does a good job

You should really just read the Book of Mormon & Doctrine and Covenants if you want to know more about The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Yeah, as others have said, if you want specific church teachings/ideas, just read their main literature. Pretty much every denomination of some sort has something that details their beliefs.

For freemasonic stuff, outside of Bill Cooper's work, if you want to read why people consider that group quite satanic, read Albert Pike's and Manly P. Hall's works on freemasonry. It's basically the starting point to their higher beliefs systems.

I highly recommend you reading the Holy Bible, New Testament, Old Testament and The Book of Mormon. God bless you.

John 16:33. Lest that you can overcome thee fear of struggling mentally and physically! For God wills, everyone is his children, so is thee.

It's not the entire book, but the book The Kingdom of the Cults by Walter Martin has a really interesting section on Mormonism from a Christian perspective - it's interesting because it really goes into detail about how Mormonism isn't Christianity and heavily quotes the Book of Mormon, Doctrines and Covenants, and general history about Joseph Smith and Birgham Young. It really is a misnomer to think that Mormons are Christian, which is not helped by the fact that in 2018 the church president encouraged Mormons to stop referring to themselves as such and to start calling themselves 'Christian' more.

Secret Societies and Subversive Movements by Nesta Webster is a pretty good general overview, but she's biased towards British Freemasonry, so take it with a grain of salt.
