Just read trough the WPD response and they literally do not deny what the ADL asserted. The most interesting thing being "we focus more on free speech"

This is the only part that I view as ADLs "gotcha" moment because if absolutely nothing changes from here on, the staff, not the users, can be potentially charged with criminal negligence or worse.

Free speech vs censorship is a hot topic, but EFFECTIVE MODERATION is the mediator. If a Musollini esque fascist meme egdelord or Nazi white NWO larper runs another power tripping campaign of memes and they get another rupnow/henderson: site staff and admins are going to get scrutinized even more than now.

lol nobody is getting charged with criminal negligence over there. If anything, the attention from the ADL will boost usership.

Depens on where the mods/admin live and where the website is situated in. There is only so much you can get away with using the free speech route without some kind of compliance.

It's a case by case basis and as of now can't tell you that either of us are 100% or more/less right. We'll see how this plays out, it's still relatively fresh.
