Confessing to manslaughter on tumblr dot com is a little far-fetched now. The userbase still needs a few years. So far we've had some bitch robbing graves, someone else mailing their amputated toe to a friend so that it could be made into jewelry, people attempting to harass artists into suicide over drawing a character too skinny for their liking, and a fanartist being fed hand-made cookies filled with needles.
It'll take a bit before tumblr fiascos escalate into actual murder, but keep a lookout for ten or fifteen years ahead. If the site hasn't been shut down yet.

Well, a personal lolcow of mine (who was a former friend of mine for like a few months earlier this year) posted this recently:

Yeah, that is just not okay dude. I understand that you have a shitty family, but you need to realize that not all families are like yours, and that doing an action such as stealing someone else's newborn baby and leaving them to a pack of wolves is fucking sociopathic and not acceptable.

Yes, there are many terrible people in the world, but that does not mean that you can act like a morally reprehensible person just because other people may act worse than you. Have some fucking consideration for people other than yourself.

I imagine this person isn't familiar with the concept of feral children.

Feral children are victims of the worst kind of neglect and will live their lives as intellectually and socially stunted due to their lack of human contact. Contact with humans from an early age stimulates babies' brains, develops social and language skills, and basically the more you bond with your baby from early on, the better the chance they have to deal with society.

By stealing a baby and leaving it with wolves, assuming the wolves don't eat it, you create a child that lacks that very early social bonding. You take a human and basically reduce them to being lower than a caveman.

This is the most ass-backwards logic I've ever seen.

I think she just did. I wasn't that anon, but is it weening if I couldn't help but make fun of her in my own words? Because rampant tardation of this calibre always rubs me the wrong way. I wish these dumbass kids would fucking learn how human brains work.
