I read this as "I was too poor to afford tickets, and thus never saw the show. I have resolved to talk out of my ass about it anyways."
The show portrays the founding fathers as anything but "amazing and relatable people." It portrays them as a bunch of infighting, backstabbing, self-serving shitheads more concerned with their own advancement and legacies than any broader goal. It's actually a pretty interesting new look at the topic, in that it eschews the usual portrayal of them all being infallible superhumans.
But yeah, racism or something I guess.

Also the amount of salt over the new season from Tumblr is absolutely ridiculous, mostly due to 'problematic' shipping wars.
