I wonder
if a character started out white in early concept staged and was later changed into a person of color in the final result, would tumblrinas screech that the concept art is white washing? Or even the other way around with a darker skinned character ending up lighter in the final result?
These people are right up there with character model hiccups in certain MMOs, where a male model gets used instead of a female model by mistake, but the female voice is still being used. Every time this error happens, the character is apparently trans.
An interesting cocktail of desperation and fetish-fodder.
