It's the default background music for The Playroom, a tech demo software for recording with the PS4's camera. I guess he doesn't disable it because Playstation.

It was just constructive criticism, not particularly insulting, just honest, and certainly nothing to even bitch at someone about. It must be that Weston ego. Just like Chris, Cole can't accept any criticism. And he even replies with an incoherent insult, too.

504s are pretty common. Usually they eventually come up if you bang on reload, but this probably just makes the load problems worse.
