The cosmos to Chris seems to be just the solar system. It's a place enchanted by magic, and if you dump all the tobacky on Earth into the sun, it can stink up the whole thing with secondhand smoke.

Yeah, back in 2004ish at the peak of Chris's weeb phase, they were releasing the series on DVD. I imagine he watched a disc or two because he indiscriminately buys everything.
It's also extremely gay, the homoerotic undertones go through the roof. This without even counting The Lost Canvas.
But it always amused how random it was for Chris to refer an anime that odds are he was never much into.

Chris has spent $80 on Transformers within the last month on Ebay alone.
He spent $62.64 for this, and apparently he was ripped off (although he still rated the transaction positive).
He also spent $20 to buy these two: link, link.
In two months, the second half of the property tax for 14BC will become due, which means Chris and Barb will need to have over $600 available by December 5th.
This doesn't seem to be on Chris's radar, since he's spending so much on Transformers now, so he'll probably be back to begging in the weeks before the tax is due.

Here's another random question - Chris always had to wear those big glasses when he was younger, but I haven't noticed them much lately. And in the gamestop macing video, he was wearing those stupid My Little Pony Sunglasses. I can't possibly imagine that Chris is capable of handling contacts, and there's no way he got laser eye surgery, so is he just wandering around blind half the time?
