Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe it stems from his name Ahuviya Harel, which I believe is pronounced Ah-Hu-Vi-Yar, I may be terribly wrong at this. Basically it comes from the "Huv" part of his name.

No idea. There's no reason she should have been able to obtain services there, it's in Vancouver and is for Clark county residents only. Also what reason would she have to go to a food pantry? They mostly have pasta and rice... Stuff you need a stove and cooking facilities to cook.
