I remember him mentioning Sonichu's allergy to whole pickles (but not pickle slices) to describe his dislike of them. I think only whole pickles remind him of the BIG, UGLY GROWTH now.

I feel like he was just naming off ingredients. I've never been to a hot dog place that ever offered tuna as a topping. Either he laid out a string of rando shit or he just considers any leftovers in the fridge as a topping.
