Looks like she had her change of plea hearing, there was some order, but NOT a reschedule for it. Not sure exactly what this means, since we cannot access the actual order itself.
Here MTD hearing is still on for 12-12 though...
I hope this does not mean she is going to slide out of this...

This is on the cops.
If they can't gather the needed evidence to prosecute a case, the defendant needs to be let go. As funny as it would be for her to burn, the state needs to do its job.
That said, she's so insane, she'll interpret this as IT'S ALL TRUE GUYS and be emboldened to do something even more retarded and hopefully prosecutable.
She's too psycho to do anything else.

Without access to the documents, we really cannot know why the court ruled this way.
My personal take is that she stalled long enough to make the judge weary and wore her down on what may have been a marginal case.

While Quinton Flynn did successfully get that restraining order, it was the state of Indiana that brought the charges against her.
Charges dropped before a trial aren't covered by double jeopardy, right? I have a feeling that she'll go full retard and put herself in the crosshairs of a bored DA again.

Unless Flynn files another restraining order, there's nothing legally stopping her right now.

QF was DENIED an extension to the order. She is free to do what she wants and QF has to re-file and show cause to get another restrining order.

Well, now she’s been emboldened by the court twice and thinks she’s justified to do and say whatever she wants. In the grand scheme maybe it’s a good thing, because she’ll inevitably keep going full retard and slip up. It isn’t over, I’m sure.
