maybe, I'm not planning on binge eating but I'd like to visit some shops. I'd like to just accommodate that into my diet rather than overeat.

Losing 20kg over half a year so consistently is pretty impressive.

Seems like you're doing everything right, have you maybe considered supplementing your diet with some exercise? A set of dumbbells can be bought for very cheap and you can easily do some quick basic sets, even when sitting behind a monitor.
