Just a guess TBH. I thought Phil might have picked the shop if he knew Sonju was going there. But it could totally be just be a random shop like you said. Sonju's not listed on their site anyway and is still on the site for the Oakland shop.

Why does he go by both "she" and "they" pronouns? I thought the deal was supposed to be that he's a woman now. Is he just trying to maximise his specialness?

He looks like that pig dude from Ninja Turtle.
He's claimed to be intersex since coming out as trans, but he mentions it very rarely. I think it's because of his poor memory.

"She" because he wants to be a pretty pretty latinx princess (aka his own girlfriend) and "they" because when he stops getting asspats he likes to pretend he has some sort of multiple personality bullshit going on. Everything he does is to maximize his own sped-cialness.
I'm personally waiting for when he hits 40 and ends up with some sort of mid-life crisis. He'll probably feign suicide for the billionth time and whine about how he never had opportunities like everyone else because CIS is keeping him down. Then he'll get a face tattoo of a bike with some sort of mixed gender symbol as the wheel and change his identity to Jewtinx.

Phil, you don't deserve anything. If you want to be loved you have to be a likeable person in one way or another, So far all you have done is push the people who loved you the most (your mom/dad) away from you.
To be loved or even just liked you should drop the entitled "gimmie " attitude and work on being a nice person to people.
This could be as simple as holding a door open for someone or saying hello to your neighbours, (This would help people to overlook your crazy appearance a little). You have to start with small steps and can't just say: "I demand you to love me!!!" that only turns people off and pushes them further away and makes you seem even harder to relate to.
I know this advice would go right over Phil's potato shaped head, but I tried, and if anyone else found this useful I guess it helped someone.

I didn't think it was possible for Phil to get any uglier, but he keeps doing it in every photo. It's quite amazing.
