I just draw as a hobby but never posted my art online.

It's one of those drawings where I can clearly see there's a problem, but cannot say what it is exactly. I think the lighting is a bit off and especially the apples, what is that brown on them? Did they fall into mud before being picked up or something?
Your character feels a tad bit desaturated too, but that's none of my concern here it's the lighting and the apples that annoy me the most.

let's look at the color wheel:
you see a lot of emphasis on the two primary colors red & yellow in the image you linked. focus on those primaries and blend them out to produce the base composition.
next, try to use complementary colors such as yellow-green/green (compliments red) & blue-violet/violet (compliments yellow) to add depth to the painting. since red is the overall color, you should stick to using colors that mix well with red (yellow & green), while colors that complement the secondary primary (yellow) should be used minimally.
forcefully blending unsaturated colors (like the brown you used) will muddy the overall composition. you can achieve browns by blending reds & yellows at various saturation levels. this will keep the color profile balanced and make it look more natural.
establishing your values in the beginning stages will also help with the overall shading/depth of the painting.
i should note that understanding color theory has been a difficult journey for me as i have a hard time "seeing" colors if that makes sense, so i may not be the most well-informed user on this subject.. i sincerely suggest watching tutorial videos made by professionals.. it helps sooo much ;0;

It's a pretty basic drawing, so there's a lot of different directions for you to improve on.
The best advice anyone can give someone wanting to get better is to keep on drawing. Draw your surroundings, copy/reference (don't trace) art styles you want to emulate - if you always push yourself just slightly out of your comfort zone you'll naturally find yourself gradually improving on many of the basic art fundamentals.
It's a situation that I think is actually easier done than said. Art theory, when explained through words can often seem overwhelming, just keep on drawing and you'll understand it far better.
One thing that I think will immediately improve your work is to avoid using gradients as shading. Gradients, especially when being used by beginners, ends up cluttering and devaluing art work. Try to improve on making objects look three dimensional primarily with contours/lines. By doing this, you'll get a much firmer grasp on form, and your art will end up less flat and more dynamic.

I'll keep that in mind, thanks! I usually reference my own hands but it can be a little difficult with arm outstretched poses.
Oh yeah, I drew this.
It's a bit flawed, the left hand has an index finger that is a bit long and the right hand has some issues too (like the middle finger being no longer than the index and third fingers), but it's nothing too obvious.
The patterns on her dress and scarf took more time than shading her hair.

I don't do digital art but here are some tips I'd give you
1. Generally, you shouldn't shade or highlight using the airbrush tool
2. The lighting is extremely flat. Choose a light source and add shadows and highlights accordingly
3. I think lines that don't taper would be better for the lineart
4. The composition isn't great. I would offset the character to the right or left a little and use the empty space to detail more of the background. Also, the grass on the horizon line shouldn't be that big.

I've had this little army dude for like 20 years and just recently decided to give him a repaint. The original paintjob wasn't very good but it was probably done by a 10 year old chinese boy 14 hours into his factory shift so that's understandable.
