I think it’s a decent solution to make people not just leave their cordless mouse permanently plugged in.

any wireless product should be capable of functioning as a wired one too. if I want to leave it permanently plugged in I should be able too

Windows 7 and its fucking service packs.

They would install themselves without asking, and it would take hours to finish, then break everything. My Win7 laptop, otherwise a fine piece of hardware, decided that NOW was the time to install a full service pack WHILE I WAS USING IT TO HELP SHOOT A MUSIC VIDEO. I had brought backup, but it did this about 30 minutes before we had to leave the studio we were filming in, the place where there was a power supply. I had a 3 hour drive home. The update would take about 2 hours. The battery would last 90 minutes at best, probably much less when it was grinding its HDD installing bloatware bullshit.

I had to put the laptop in the passenger footwell where I could keep an eye on it while I was driving. It finished installing the service pack with 3% battery remaining. My ASIO interface never worked with it ever again.

That could have been disabled in settings. Windows 7 was the best OS ever made.

It makes sense. Literally every clothing brand subreddit I visit for reviews etc (reformation, aritizia, etc) is full of non-stop posts complaining about how the quality has nosedived compared to x years ago.

I have one that is very specific for anyone in the UK with a car who needs aftermarket vehicle security items (trackers, immobilisers, dashcams and the like). Tracker Team/ Ghost Installations. Absolute shit tier aftermarket support and no help with issues post install. Avoid at all and any cost. Kit they supply is not their own and is fundamentally sound, but the aftercare advise is truly appalling.

Do not give your hard earned britbongbux to a company who is so slack and useless they don't even bother to represent themselves at employment tribunals (not sure what the American equivalent is, but it's when an aggrieved employee sues the everloving shit out of a former employer).If you're in UK and your car needs securing, you're better of shitting in your hands and clapping.
