They’re from Ganbare Neo Poke-Kun, a game released for the Neo Geo Pocket Colour in 2000. One half Little Computer People, one half WarioWare. You watch a little man live inside your Neo Geo Pocket Colour and occasionally pester him to make games for you. Strange Japanese things happen because it’d be stranger if they didn’t.

Anyway, time to post some Taito spritework as those guys really knew how to make big, colourful and attention-grabbing visuals during the late 80s.
