People with autism can have "tactile defensiveness." An inconsequential sensation can be an unbearable to them. Like the pressure of a bike seat on the crotch.
Phil probably suffered from that, but I think he conveniently left out the part where he fell over trying to learn how to ride a bike. I'm pretty sure he only likes bikes now because of Hetalia, which is also why he got into communism (as he understands it). @DT.Miller?

Sorry, I've only just got back on board for a whole lot of onerous real life reasons that nobody wants to hear, the recent photo shows a battery powered LED light and apart from that seems to be naturally lit. Has he lost/is unable to pay for electricity?

No, he's not having issues with electricity. The LED light is because he had a positive interaction with a CIS dude when shopping for a LED flashlight. He posted it because he claims that it was so weird to him that he needed help processing it.

When did his fascination with the United Farm Workers thing start? Did he finally Cesar Chavez? I mean, I'm pretty sure they teach that in American high school, but since Phil was in special ed classes he probably didn't learn that.
Also, kind of curious, but does he always wear shirts that don't fit him properly? I've noticed a lot of fat guys do that. It doesn't look flattering on a normal guy, but on Phil... damn, it makes him look even more exceptional.

Yup, that's what being obscenely fat and sweaty and rarely changing your socks or taking off your boots does for you. Them trotters are fucking nasty.
If there's ever been a person who deserves to have to live with that kind of physical disability, it's Phil. Knowing him he'd probably get the stumps infected too somehow. But, as you say, he'd probably get a few extra asspats out of it, at least for a little while. So everybody wins, kinda.
