I am actually surprised no one reported Phil's crowdfunding project as "Money not being used as the fundraiser states".

Same here my friend. I looked at it when we were hibernating in the CIS-cave due to no KF. It reads like a spoiled trust fund brat who's been cut off.

I will surmise only a truly spurned former supported would probably fill out the form if so burned.

Without going into it to much a friend of mine called out a family member running a "cancer scam" via the site and was not only asked to do the sites detective work for them but the scammers ended up with a copy of their complaint and doxx.
Bottom line is they won't take down anything because it stops them making a percentage.

Sonju's works that he posts on his instagram look pretty good though. He seems like a respectable tattoo artist, not at all the kind I expect to tattoo childish doodles onto a homeless man.

Even skilled professional artists like to dick around and doodle nonsense on some scratch paper every now and then. I'd imagine the first thought of any tattoo artist upon gazing at Phil would be, "Well, I can't possibly make this look any worse."

My guess is he's glad. Phil likely had to go in super early before the store opened because either him or management didn't want Phil there with normal customers. Plus as soon as Phil's stink got out of the chair it was already the end of the month.

Yeah, the tattoos aren't designed by the dude who inked them, they're all Phil's own doodles(theres some threads about him posting some of his originals scribbled to notebook, which were later inked to his skin). Which he paid premium price. And some extra to get photographed.(think it was confirmed by @Ravenor ) He's probably on the same boat as CWC, he can't really tell good piece of art from bad one since he's autistic.

There was a post where ADF said he was getting ready to go get a tat, but the time was around 3am or something. Dunno if he was up that early to make sure he didn't sleep in for an early session or not. -- He did take pics of Sonju without permission and those were at the parlour during daylight.

It didn't need discreding because it's pure madness. The only way you can profit from pokestop is if you are counting the value of the items obtained as a positive microtransaction or of you find some spare change in the IRL location.

Okay let's pretend you gave them Toren's details.
You still need to provide them a way of contacting you so you have to give them your email or phone which means your giving Phil your email and mobile even if it's a burner.
Now if real fraud is proven guess what you can't take it further because the accuser is committing fraud so Phil even if he's caught gets to shoot the accusation down as the work of a troll.

It depends.
Most legit pay day lowns will be direct into your bank account and direct debit what you owe on the day of repayment. So of you don't have the money then your on your overdraft.
Others require something of value such as an ipod or games console, something of value to hold in collateral against your loan.
And the 3rd option is a guy called Leroy with a baseball bat.

Either way any outstanding debts against Phil's address will bring his landlord down on him and be subtracted from his deposit or added to the value of rent going forward.

Haha yeah he used to refer to it as his 'self care' and 'therapy for his autism.' My head canon is his tattoos are so he doesn't forget his lies. We don't hear about his sex work one because it's like a bunch of initials on the side of his neck so he doesn't see it/can't remember what it says.

He also may have been sleeping outside at this point and just woke up because of trucks or something and posted about it.
