Well gee Phil, I COULD pay for your rent, food and utilities... or I could just use MY money to pay for MY food, rent and utilities, because I'm a responsible adult who has a job and doesn't waste money on bicycles I'm never going to use and rainbow coloured baseball bats.
Hell, I could donate money to charities that help refugees and victims of war in Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Palestine, Niger, and elsewhere. You know, people who actually deserve money.
Nah, Phil just wants extra money, probably for some overpriced and unnecessary trans themed bullshit. Or maybe more cheap flea market/mall weapons. Even if he did qualify for some sort of assistance and wasn't too lazy or proud to apply for it, he'd still beg for money because he's a greedy little shit. I think we proved that one a long time ago.
