It's the whole stimming, sometimes described as 'bouncing and squeaking,' except apparently it sounds more like him meowing. You can actually see him doing it in a couple of his more recent-ish movies.

And I think it was already established that Phil was sort of a furry already, or at least had posted dogplay pics and some furry images on his tumble before, but I could be wring. Phil just sort of collects deviant fetishes these days.
