Well he's good-looking, so that helps (yes I know I have a type thankyouverymuch). I also think the worship over him that does happen (and is unironic) is from the fact that there's a mainstream guy, on actual TV, saying things that we know is real but others aren't saying (for instance in Trump's July 3rd speech when he brought up cancel culture).
Imagine being 66 and posting on Kiwi Farms instead of spending your days feeding pigeons and spoiling your grandchildren and getting away with saying racist/sexist shit in public because you're "old, it was a different time back then".
I just don't see the point in it because if I said yes, someone would inevitably start spamming posts just for the sake of spamming posts until they took up several pages of the thread. I don't know why anyone would want to do that or want to see that, and that's not even the point of the thread to begin with.

It was hidden and I told them to make a Talk to Staff about it. I don't know why someone would feel compelled to just dox an absolutely ass-random user in here but I'd want it to be verified rather than just having it dumped out in the thread. If they did something that got them outed, that's sort of their own problem, but if it's not completely verified then that's a different sort of problem.
The only thing that was constructively grown in there was the anime porn thread.
