He already was on probation. He's going to either get the jail time in his felony class, or a fine, in my opinion.

His probation ended in July of 2013, so I doubt it'll factor into the sentencing for this one.

I'm honestly surprised how excited I am about what will no doubt be a 5 minute long continuation.

On that note, is anyone taking bets on the PD just requesting a continuance, it getting granted without question, and absolutely nothing else happening?
 
Alright, I'm thinking plea of insanity because the only type of insanity that gets you locked up forever these days is the muttering and shitting yourself in a corner insane, what about ya'll?
