In general, I do not like cow allegories. "Yee-haw pardners, this lol heifer is so full of lol milk, le's get 'er down to the lol barn so we can suckle on those sweet lol teets. Cool change. Don't like the name Deathfats though. It just seems like a lame made up word to use, when there's plenty of better fitting and more humorous words that could've been used. There is much potential when it comes to words to make fun of fat people and this one is simply not up to my standards, which happen to be very high when it comes to insults.

"Death fat" originates from the community in question. I thought it was original HAEScow Kate Harding that coined it, but it was probably only popularized by Harding and Marianne Kirby in their blogs and 2009 book. It seems likely that a different landwhale coined it, one Lesley Kinzel. At any rate, the term isn't random or made up (at least not by Null).

It originated from some fatty pointing out the perceived absurdity of the term "morbidly obese" (death fat). She wrote a followup whining about how the term had taken off in the worst way abloo bloo bloo. I don't have it handy but I bet the articles were posted in the FA thread at least once.

A lot of woman-oriented forums and subreddits have been infected by trannies, and this site is to offer a refuge by not giving in their demands. I doubt that TERFs and hardcore feminists would find KF particularly attractive though.

Yeah, I do wonder about that. The main TERF strongholds off the top of my head seem to be /r/Gendercritical, Spinster and Mumsnet and I get the feeling that crowd is more in the conservative christian boomer demographic and content to stay on their own sites.
My guess is that the likely candidates to migrate here are younger women who are either in the "Anti-SJW"/rudefem category or former lefty feminists who realised the current lefty feminist movement is about worshipping the ladydick, so they want a place to vent that isn't the big three boomer TERF sites.
