I would love for VA to go red, but it’s probably going to be the right call in the end. Northern VA has a huge liberal population that swings the state blue.

If I recall correctly, VA started red in 2016 up until the NOVA finished counting.
NOVA's fucked the rest of the state the same way LA/SF fucked Cali and the northern Front Range fucked CO. It's no longer a swing state, too many of the inhabitants are swamp monsters.

Look at an election vs population density map. It's why the electoral college exists, so that cities can't control the entire country. Let cities enact their own restrictive laws and the rural folk live their lives in peace.

This. The state I currently occupy is pretty much entirely red, but one large metropolitan city gets to make the whole state blue.

The only state that I would be worried about right now as a Trump supporter is Ohio. Trump was declared the winner with 75% in, in 2016. Right now 53% is in and Biden still has a big lead.

I'm not super worried (again, nothing really matters until 10:30), but it's the only bad sign of the entire night so far.

I'm still getting over the shock of Florida though.

Are the cities moving at a snail's pace with results or something? If not, the absolute madman might actually take VA.

I was living in Ohio at the time and I seem to remember Ohio being blue until LATE in the night. I was pretty drunk, though, so my memory won't be perfect.
