I disagree, I think we are reaching the point where you just have to pick the "best" censorship possible if you want a mostly open internet experience; Such as going to Russia if you don't care about censored Russian politicians but want fully uncensored American Politics, or going to Latin America where you can't criticize the local strongman but international politics are almost completely open to investigate.
