Have you spent a whole day outside in 32+ degree weather? It's pretty easy to call others weak when you haven't experienced heat like that before.

Only once while I was working, It's the only time I have had sweat literally dripping off of me, it wasn't really that bad though because of the novelty I think it's been 32+ once in the last 10 years here. I consneed it would probably suck if it was that hot every day of summer.

9000BTU, even got wheel n shit to move it. Bought a better/newer portable AC for my mom a few years back and took this older one for myself. Doesnt cool an entire apartment perfectly but it chills my bedroom just fine and lowers temp for the rest of the apartment to an okay level.

It's hotter than Satan's taint and I have a Honeywell unit with another unit in the basement that doubles as a dehumidifier. I also have ceiling fans running in tandem.

It's been in the mid 90s and 10,000% humidity here all week. We got a thunderstorm in the middle of the night and even then it was still hot as hell outside.
