They parboil the beef slices in water to enhance the flavor, remove odor and excess fat. There is something about certain food odors they don't like.

Back on the topic of nigger cooking, I remember instagram recommending cooking posts made by people from the Caribbean and Jamaica. They too used excess premade spice mixes to season their food. The worst contender I saw was this one coconut liver fried rice, that looked vile.

People who think of Africa as one undifferentiated mass of niggers tend to ignore those guys.
