Biggest problem with his cope hairstyle to cover the receding hairline isn't even that it looks bad per se, but it has this messy just-rolled-out-of-bed vibe that looks retarded when paired with a suit. He looks like a little kid whose parents forced him to dress nice but he couldn't be arsed to comb his hair or make himself presentable beyond that. Looks very silly and unprofessional.
 
In the photo from his speech, the tuft of hair in front isn't nearly as full, certainly not enough to cover his whole forehead the way it does when he does his America First show. This warrants further investigation.

Also, I think he also uses a face filter when he does his show.
 
Okay as a woman I know a lot about hair so the post by @Pitbull Victim intrigued me. I'm expert spotting fake hair, extensions, powder fills, toupees etc. Let's review the evidence....

Now, if you have a quality hair piece they will color match your hair to exactly its color. Hair pieces also come in different types that even get as autistic as patching in areas.

Okay so from this pic the two shades of brown are slightly different. The top is more reddish and warm where his bottom is cooler. I circled a balding spot that's parted weird which is why I don't think it's a full wig and is a hair patch system.

Now his areas of concern were his abysmal temples M shape ass and his thinning front. There's customizable methods for this that let you add a bit in the front and the sides etc. They will style and color too for you. I think he ordered some shit online likely and brushed that bad boy in.

Very gay. Balding is less embarrassing than doing all kinds of weird stuff to cover it up. Besides even if nobody else sees it, you'll still know it's there.

He could probably slow the process down at least a little if he didn't live like a complete chud.
