This is basically the end result of INTERSECTIONALITY in large enough groups. Every group ignores the others or comes to hate them. ResetERA's staff are paralyzed because they've split up the staff positions to give representation to large cleavages (not that kind you sick gamer) which means none can act without offending another group, so they simply stop acting altogether and allow shitshows like this to continue.

Thankfully, I'll add, since it gives us something to watch.
