Do you have a caseworker that helps you with your everyday needs? I highly recommend that you contact your local human services office's senior division. They can have an aide come in every day and help you with activities of daily living like bathing, dressing, and even cleaning up your place a bit. I like having a laugh as much as anyone else, but i do think you need someone to keep an eye on you. I read a study once that said aging men (such as yourself) have 25-50 percent more difficulty with memory problems and hygiene issues as they get into their late 70s/early 80s.
