The Vitamin D3 and biotin suggest the more concerning aspects here. NEET Transwoman detected as the vitamin is for lack of sunlight and biotin is to make up for a poor diet.

Funny you say that, the stream last night, when Narcissa was talking to the tranny before it all blew up, the Vod's since been deleted but they said to Narcissa "hey are you still living in x area" i forgot exactly the area/state but Narcissa responded "Yeah i'd rather not say because im super paranoid about that already" i would have recorded it all but there was so much shit in that stream i didnt know where to start.

Can confirm, D3 is for lack of sunlight but there could be multiple causes for that, given it's winter and all, plus it seems to be a popular pill for normal people anyhow, especially those who keep more nocturnal schedules. Biotin is definitely a sign of shit diet tho.
