Definitely sounds fake. I could believe someone actually sending the reports, but the whole "a cop looked at this clip and even marked it down" seems like too much, unless said cop was Albert Einstein. I believe the "unless they witness something first hand" thing is also wrong, but if the cop was just humoring the person I could maybe see them saying something like that. I guess that could actually apply to the "marked down" remark about the clip. Maybe the cop just said they would make a note of it or something and the person is exaggerating, but it seems much more likely that it's just a fake post.

Sam and Tolki IS a joke to be clear. It's like kiwifarms for speed running on a worse platform and pumped full of 19 year old pseudo intellectuals. Most posts are passive aggressive digs at Cosmo while still using feminine pronouns. Fucking morons.

I find this interesting because I've spoken to friends who were MTF and taken HRT and HRT actually can (and is very likely to) reverse receding hairlines in men. The fact that Cosmo's has gotten worse may be proof he isn't taking HRT and isn't really trans as he claims to be.
