Sure he'll still be a retarded sped, but entertainment value dropped for me after the Trail of Tyce Andrews. I'm not as convinced as before that Eli is still in Israël. I..I dont know. I want this ride to never end.

I still literally ended up on the floor after the "semper fidelis" thing at the toll booth.

He'll dry up eventually like Chris did, but i dont think that will be anytime soon.

it's nice to see he has been taking his meds for at least a couple days now. he's speaking more calm and normal then usual.
 
Jace seems pretty faily medicated, so I don't think he'll be getting into any "armed" standoffs with the police. If anything, Jace will get busted for his weed growing op. He's not exactly being discrete about it.

Jace has put an interesting foot forward in this one. As other people have said, his meds are working. As we all know painfully well by now, his default angle of attack is to try to intimidate people using carefully-worded threats or proclaim that he's a Marine and therefore better than anyone else. The fact that he actually realized this strategy wasn't working - and, even stranger, tried something different - is a pretty big step forward for Jace, and it's a testament to FlyAwayN0w's commitment that he's able to actually provoke such a reaction in Jace by being so resolute in his actions. Jace is clearly mimicing FlyAwayN0w's style of critique in this video, or at least attempting to, as he deconstructs his opponent calmly - even if his anger and unprofessionalism still shines through at certain points.

He does actually make some points that remotely approach logic or reason, even though obviously the entire thing is dripping with logical fallacies and psychological manipulation/appeals to emotion. That being said, Jace's faults still shines through as always: narcissistic as ever, as others have pointed out, and completely deficient in theory of mind.

I don't know how long you've been following Jace (trying real hard to not sound condescending here lol) but he has ebbs and flows like this. Everyone does. Nobody, not even Jace, is in CRUCIAL DANGER MODE 100% of the time. It's simply not possible, and furthermore it isn't really desirable either because every single time he reaches that peak, me or someone else has to bail him out so he doesn't kill himself or get arrested, and he often crosses the territory into being a danger to himself and others.

Jace is never going to attain a Nirvana-like Zen state where he's just crazy enough to entertain people but sane enough to not get people to worry for his well-being. That simply doesn't exist because it isn't, for lack of a better word, realistic. He's a troubled and mentally ill human being, not a cartoon character.

What I'm saying is this plateau into a relative state of sanity is to be expected, and is part of the natural order of things. His chimpouts are meaningless without periods of relative normality in-between. And I can guarantee you at this point that he's far too emotionally dependent on the internet to stop vlogging or posting; he looks to his "fans" for validation (not attention - there's a difference) which he needs to survive, like air or water.

Great pains have been taken to ensure this ride never ends, take my word for it. Don't be so apocalyptic and reactionary. It's still Jace.

Also I just realized that Stryker earning the title of Tiberius is really similar to how Big Boss earns the title of Saladin, albeit less Muslim. He even manages to rip off parts of Metal Gear that he's completely unaware of.

Obviously, there's no way that Tiberius Rising could ever, ever be negatively critiqued without financial motivation.
Note: Jace has to stop his car at a Toll Booth at one point and shouts "Semper Fidelis!" to the cashier as he drives away. Nice.

8/10 would watch again but mostly lost points from me for the sub-par FAN impression.

Obviously I don't have FAN's incisive critiquing skills which begs the question... Will we have a review of this review of your reviews @FlyAwayNow?

Edit: I had missed @Organic Fapcup's post. Still would love one from the main antagonist himself. :heart-full:
 
does anyone have a download of Jace's private review?

to me this seems like really odd behaviour for Jace. i feel like i'm gonna be proven wrong very shortly but it could be he has enough self-awareness currently that he took the video down because it made him look bad. if so the meds are really doing a number...

Once again, we have a crystal-clear display of just how fragile Jace's ego is. "Tiberius" has to be above criticism, because he has to be above criticism. He has no coping mechanism for handling people or situations that don't cement his view of himself. He makes that pretty obvious when he whines about having done something to correct one of FAN's valid critiques, taking the attitude of "Okay, so I did this like you complained about, so now you have to accept that I am right, and you are wrong, and my book is realistic and perfect, okay?"

Even medicated Jace is arrogant, ignorant, and delusional enough for me to be entertained by his antics. Though for the life of me, I have no idea where FAN gets his patience from when dealing with Jace. It's pretty remarkable.
