Lots of lymph nodes in the arm pit area. You may have some non specific infection. If it persists see a Dr.

You may have a cyst, poke around for any hard objects in there. It can cause painful inflammations. None-the-less go see a doc.

I was going to recommend juice, but when you're dealing with arm pit cream "(No juice)" is the standard.
