I know so many girls that were around my age in the early 2000s that have the two tiny scars from those piercings because they did it with sharpened safety pins because they weren't old enough to get them done.
At least they could take theirs out and let them get sealed up. I have a few shitty India ink tattoos I got when I was 13 and 14.
