I also imagine it's because troons have an irrational hatred for that which is beautiful.

They already rebel against truth for its own sake, it also makes sense that they rebel against objective beauty standards.

Many of them even say so outright. Though to be fair, it's not limited to just troons. Many woketards try to normalize things like morbid obesity, hairy pits and legs on women, hairy men wearing makeup and women's clothing, etc.

Sure, there are flamboyant or "edgy" styles which can look good if you do it properly, like scene or goth. Maybe even unnatural hair colors if you know what you're doing.

I might say that these people are too stupid to not look like hairy, ugly trolls, but it's more likely that these people simply love to uglify things for its own sake.
