This is butchery. I can’t believe the surgeons have done such an appalling job. Is it because they’re cheap? Is it because skilled breast surgeons are too busy performing life-saving mastectomies for cancer patients instead of ethically dubious mastectomies on mentally ill young women?

Every town has late night drinking hole, that one place that is last to close, where all the dregs of humanity congregate.
The human equivalent of (desperate, alcoholic) iron fillings on a (sticky, nicotine stained) magnet.
Guys, Gals and ‘non-binary Pals’, tonight, we are off to Napoleons, Manchester’s oldest gay venue.
’Naps’ as it’s affectionately known, has been open for 600 years, and frankly, you can tell.
Before we get there, I think it’s best I warn you about the bag thieves, drink spikers, fake bank notes, ‘appauling‘ (sic) staff and toilet rapists... no point keeping secrets when you can read it all yourselves on TripAdvisor:
There is a modest door charge, but on Saturdays you get a free shot of generic tequila or sambuca on the way in, the kind of cheap and nasty liquor that makes your eyes a bit blurry.
It’s for the best, really.
Because Naps is the last place open in town, it’s attracts a wide and disparate clientele. Pretty young gay boys from the disco waiting for the first morning train back to the suburbs, drag queens on the way home from their Canal Street lip sync gigs, bar staff and party animals from other venues, straight and gay, and more than a few sad fucks desperately trying to avoid another Saturday night alone...
... but what Naps is primarily known as, is THE premier venue in town (or perhaps only venue In town?) that caters for Trannychasers.
In order to keep the chasers happy, Naps allows the tranners in for free and only men and ‘real girls‘ have to pay the door fee. Theoretically anyway - the door staff know that the AGPs will happily cough up the cash if the staff play along with their fantasies and pretend they pass.
You’d need more than the one cheap sambuca to actually believe that, course, but Naps is all about suspending your sense of disbelief.
Naps is a place of wonder...
...wondering what the fuck is THAT, mostly.

I'm sure someone has already said this, and it's probably a pretty low-hanging answer, but Chris Chan looks pretty bad. Chris was already pretty repulsive before he went tranny mode, but tranny Chris is also pretty unpleasant to look at.

There are a few doctors that specialize in FtM top surgery, but for the most part all these kids are being sent to doctors who normally work on cancer patients. The only priority they have on a normal day is removing cancerous tissue; they are not cosmetic surgeons and it shows. Their clients, both cancer patients and transgenders, are pretty consistently left looking sad and mangled. My grandmother was left looking even worse than the women below.

in the defence of these doctors, treating breast cancer is a multi step process, with ‘reconstructive surgery’ being offered at a later date. There are risks involved in having implants (can make it harder to detect changes that indicate future relapse) but a lot of progress is being made re: flap reconstruction techniques: https://www.cancer.org/cancer/breas...n-using-your-own-tissues-flap-procedures.html
It’s in the best interest of the cancer patients to fully heal from the mastectomy and complete any chemo or radiotherapy before initiating further surgery for reconstruction purposes. There is no equivalent rationale for leaving the FtM patients in this mess.
