Lmao I will say that I’ve read the Short North has been a lot more unsafe in recent years.

In the 90’s it was a crime ridden wasteland courtesy of the Short North Posse, started getting better in the 2000’s because the FBI put the smackdown on SNP members, but post 2020 you’re much more likely to be caught in/near a mass shooting caused by “interpersonal crime”.

When I lived there had zero problems walking down high st at night albeit not alone, if I went back there now I wouldn’t be out past midnight.

If Moo was smart (and she’s not) she’d rent a space at salon lofts etc in Grandview or Upper Arlington as an esthetician doing lashes and injectables, but she’s not.

Mansfield is almost nothing but women who buy whatever box color is on sale at CVS and cheap strip lashes they wear for days without taking them off at night.

As a 90"s CCAD graduate, I cannot confirm your assessment. I myself made a late night drunken trek from bars near OSU to Clintonville.... I had more trouble with Bus psychos and half way house homies out late at night, but maybe i'm just that lucky. Or art-kid weirdos just have a natural force sheild. Tho, I usually did avoid the short north as much as possible.
