To offer a contrary perspective, I disagree with arresting him. I disagree with the reception this thread gave him. Stopping these people is impossible without insider whistleblowers, and something like this prevents any insider from ever wanting to blow the whistle.

A member with longstanding ties who goes by "Eric Cartman". That particular South Park alias might suggest a relationship between her and the deep inner circle member '"Randy Marsh" who pays for reams of videos (is that information even in this thread anywhere?). Could the similar names point to similar activities and Katrina Broyles Favret is also one of the financiers, perhaps even the "Astrielle" whose name feels like it's on the sponsorship card of 70% of videos? There's no way of probing further because instead of using a useful source people shoved him away.
"Gretchin" is also a name on the sponsor card of enough videos to fill a Blockbuster. Is that:

Well, we don't have a source in that inner circle to confirm for us.
Most members of the inner circle who have contact with the VOs don't use public-facing groups. People there are basically groupies begging for the inner circle's scraps. Production is currently still very prolific but the inner circle wants to keep what's being produced (and make no mistake, that is a lot) private. Their desire is an almost closed circle that will be basically immune to scrutiny unless someone with real connections there decides to be open. Running him out of the thread saved no animals but might have cost a big break. We've seen here time and time again how small scraps of information can lead to big findings. In my view, it would be for the greater good if there were protection and positive reception for whistleblowers.

The loss of sources and discouragement of whistleblowers accomplishes nothing but making sure Randy Marsh and his cronies can keep funneling money in secret to Vion or other VOs to burn primates to death with blowtorches.
