Yeah, as you said @Adamska a lot of them also seem to embrace the whole "new age" herbalism shit, which more often than not leads to them using a lot of Placebox(tm) and therefore losing a lot of weight due to malnutrition and illness, rather than "healthy living"

The ironic part of that would be where the vegan turns out to be pro-choice, with all the arguments associated with that position, which naturally includes insisting that people shouldn't judge over the position. All while they be Judgy McJudgerson.

Yea but taking tumblrite as prestige gives you a massive penalty to STR, INT, WIS and CHR checks as well as a CON saving throw after each encounter to prevent 1D4 per 3 lvls of self harm.

Interesting side note, I have a vegan friend (who manages to be in the minority of people who quietly eat their kale and tofu without being preachy about it) who ran a Stereotypical Vegan D&D character and managed to turn it into self deprecating hilarity for the entire campaign. We were kicked out of inns, chased out of entire cities and eventually the DM created an ability for him called "Actually I am a Vegan!" which had to be used automatically whenever he was offered animal products. It did nothing, but he had to say the phrase loudly and pretentiously or suffer a small amount of permanent HP damage.
