Why? Why does Miles have to be a parasite taking over every Spider-Man story?
Can't they just quarantine him in a spin-off where he bix noods by himself in another part of town and Peter does business as usual? Or fucking forget he exists and stop wasting money on him?
No, I know none of that will happen and instead they'll spend billions trying to out-gay the video games.

Miles Morales was one of the better things to come out of OG Ultimate Marvel - the bar is low - but goddamn if they ever let him just be his own character. Shit, there was a What if where Miles Morales was Wolverine - he’s never allowed to just be his own character.

I can make a guess for the reason - despite the demand from certain people for representation those same people don’t buy shit - but at this point either throw him in a Team Up book or quietly put him on the shelf with the other million and one Spider-Clones…

We need that exaggerated swagger of a black teen on the big screen.

What they should actually do is continue doing Tom Holland for at least 3 more movies until he's in his forties. Introduce miles in 2nd last movie. Introduce miles Morales as spiderman in a Disney+ miniseries, bring him in for the 3rd movie where Tom Holland dies for super reals and do a cliffhanger for a live action spiderverse movie and just do spider-man shits in the spiderverse with different spooders like the cartoon, and just go all out. And never have miles Morales in any MCU project. Just sony, continue the franchise doing spiderverse stories and shit. And occasional miniseries with spidermen or women or ants or whatever to expand on the franchise.

That way it won't be miles centric, but the spiderverse centric. Have a movie set up following miles and out of the blue he just falls into the void or some shit (we'll get a Disney+ feature about what happens in the void or some shit) and just have a whole movie about a different spiderman having their own adventure.

They can bank so much.

Sam Wilson is not allowed to be Falcon, Laura Kinney is not allowed to be X-23, Carol Danvers is not allowed to be Ms. Marvel/Warbird...
