Does Reddit really add a little broomstick icon next to posts that get swept?
No the modded 3rd party app I use on my phone adds that when it pulls the archived comment from wherever they source them from. ArcticShift or something I think is the archive service.

Yes oh my god this just gave me terrible flashbacks to trying out Destiny 2. On launch the director pops up 5 or 6 different advertisements for DLCs that you have to click through one by one manually. I had no idea what "power level" meant or how different gear compared, or what the rarity tiers meant. You get an achievement for getting to level 20(?) upon starting the game even though there's no levels. If you go back to the director from the cosmodrome you can get randomly FORCEFULLY LOADED into a seasonal mission you have no context for and can't progress on because you have no season pass. You're given no direction on anything important.
This is the main reason I've grown to hate reddit over the years. It's a nice enough platform to discuss niche things with fellow enthusiasts, but every fucking sub gets taken over by especially motivated petty tyrants with too much time on their hands, and "rules" mean fuck all because they're enforced in arbitrary manner. Doesn't help that it's almost always trannies.

The best cosmetic idea I think ever was what PoE did which lets you just copy the look of an item and transfer it to another item.
