It's pork belly and every other culture in the world uses it. For instance, red cooked pork is one of the most popular Chinese dishes and is pork belly. It's actually difficult to get just pork belly because most of it is used for bacon. You're also supposed to eat maybe two slices in a normal breakfast or up to four in a huge breakfast.

It has every flavor the tongue can taste in it. It's also super umami with multiple variations of the flavor.

After watching Lee make the eternal Anglo satellite, i had to go to the kitchen and immediately make bacon properly. It's like a higher power took over, to correct the wrong of the Anglo menace.
